I am an experienced technical writer, information architect, and UX researcher in private, non-profit, and academic settings. I am a versatile UX researcher and technical communicator with documented experience working with consumer, student, and developer-focused products. My research methods are varied and inclusive and often employ a mixed-methods research agenda in order to better understand users and their problems or JTBD including, but not limited to, interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing (live and remote), journey mapping, user personas, heuristics, wireframing, prototyping, clickstream analytics, and A/B testing.
